Senior Manager, IT Program and Project Management, May 2017 to December 2022 Overview: Drove transformational, M&A-related infrastructure and business system initiatives at this 2017 Xerox divestiture (a $6 billion, 65,000-employee “startup”), identifying areas for optimization:
• Consolidated 26 time-entry and billing systems into one; merged 23 customer data management systems into the firm’s first global Customer Data Master (CDM); consolidated 5 SFDC (Salesforce) instances into one mandated for Sales & others to use – to then automate updates to the CDM with custom interfaces for automated credit checks.
• Guided the multiyear program portfolio to consolidate 52 datacenters (some with thousands of customer-dedicated servers), ensuring customer-by-customer migrations had minimal disruptions, into a hybrid model of three new datacenters and the cloud, utilizing a three-tier design with best-in-class cybersecurity and DR.
• Co-led four divestitures, managing TSA drafting, stakeholder coordination, enforced stage-specific nondisclosure policies and directed IT-related changes. Developed, maintained and reported integrated delivery. Led cross-functional teams to stand up independent technology and support operations for the new divested companies across time entry, billing, capital expenditure controls, data lake-driven analytics and reporting, including post-divestiture support.
• Implemented AI within systems to accelerate and automate first-level interviews, onboarding and training for rapid large-scale annual call center recruitment for health insurance open enrollment periods.
