3M divested its Healthcare Business Group (HCBG), which is now known as Solventum. My role was to support the transition service agreement as part of the overall M&A divestiture between 3M and Solventum. I was responsible for managing time-sensitive application and data transitions by planning and coordinating the required tasks and activities with the appropriate business owners and IT teams that supported each application and its associated data.
Highlights & Responsibilities:
Successfully guided the completion of the exit process for over 150 applications out of more than 1200 within a period of 9 months across LATAM, EMEA, NA, China and more.
Managed the creation and estimation of statements of work (SOWs) and prepared them for legal review and approvals.

Blue Cross Blue Shield MN (BCBSMN) is one of the largest health benefits providers in the United States. BCBSMN is part of the Blue Cross Association network, which includes 33 partner plan providers operating in over 170 countries worldwide.
At BCBSMN, I was responsible for managing the delivery of inter-plan services (ITS) claims processing. This role involved gathering requirements, developing solutions, building integrations, and scheduling jobs to support the claims processing workflow for claims that span across states or other BCBS plans.
Highlights & Responsibilities:
Led the effort to complete Global Certification Testing (GCT) in coordination with the Blue Cross Association (BCA) and two other partner plans, Louisiana and Florida.
Oversaw the completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinated the planning and execution of the go-live launch plan.
Managed post go-live support, defect triage, and high priority issue escalation to ensure timely processing of claims and avoid BCA penalties.

CHS is a global agribusiness owned by farmers, ranchers, and cooperatives across the United States. As a member of the CHS Enterprise PMO team, I supported various business units across the organization. Even though the company PMO was shifting to an Agile methodology, most projects used a waterfall implementation style to ensure proper requirements were gathered by all stakeholders.

•Leading a project to replace the CHS intranet platform to a modern experience for more than 11,000 employees and contractors across the US and Brazil.
•Managed the migration of an asphalt and ethanol business unit from MS Access to JD Edwards (JDE). The project was 2 years old when I took over and I was able to work with the project team of BA’s and a JDE developer to clarify scope and deliverables, identify the critical path, organize the work in MS Azure Dev Ops and deliver the project in shortened timeline to get the business transitioned faster.

Kamehameha Schools — Honolulu, HI
Kamehameha Schools (KS) is among the wealthiest private school organizations in the United States. The project had a budget of a little over $5 million covering a two-year timeframe to implement a comprehensive student management platform. The system engaged educators, parents, students, and administrators. The objective was to create a digital environment that fostered enhanced communication between home and the classroom, reduced data silos by consolidating data management into fewer environments, and overall improving global interactions with student data. This initiative aimed to facilitate improved decision-making through a better understanding of data within an agreed-upon source of truth.

•Align across various functional teams to gather cross-organizational programs where common data is shared which allows for a clear understanding of project scope goals and objectives.
•Coached team members to problem solve and “think outside the box” in creative ways they have not done before using various project frameworks which was designed to create solutions quickly and gather timely feedback from stakeholders which included more than 150 SMEs across the organization and various islands.
