During the on season, I work on The Lobster Food Roller as the Manager that is based out of Gloucester. Throughout the summer, we attend several events in and out of state. I successfully manage the front end in a high-volume work environment, remaining focused and attendant to each customer’s needs in a timely manner. I have received my ServSafe certification and implement and maintain food safety sanitation standards to ensure good overall hygiene for the food truck. I prepare and cook each dish for our customers, most times in a fast paced environment utilizing my time management skills. Another responsibility of mine at times is Cashier. I greet each customer, take their orders and ensure they are satisfied with their experience at our location.

Farmer’s Market Sales associate, Marsh view Farm; Ipswich, Massachusetts - 2022 - 2024

My initial role on Marsh View Farm began with me caring for the animals and working in the garden. That was the beginning process to grow everything naturally on the farm and to help for the different seasonal sales we had at local Farmer’s Markets. The initial seeding/germination of the vegetables was to prepare the for distribution and working sales at farmers markets and deliveries to shareholders. I was able to learn a lot about customer sales and profits, and really loved the fact that I was able to greet customers and talk to them about what kind of products we have, and even how to prepare them. Having such a diverse work environment and role enabled me to engage in the outdoor experience and gave me an opportunity to show responsibility and maturity in marketing and sales. Education
