During my time working at McDonald's as a crew member, was
able to form multiple connections with customers and employees
beyond the workplace or taking the orders. Communicate with
customers about orders, comments, and complaints. Request and
record customer orders, and compute bills, using cash registers.
Accept payment from customers and make change, as necessary.
Balance receipts and payments in cash registers. Scrub and polish
counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean glasses,
dishes, and fountain equipment. Serve food, beverages, or
desserts to customers at take-out counter and in dining area.
Prepare daily food items, and cook simple foods and beverages,
such as sandwiches, salads, or coffee, using proper safety
precautions and sanitary measures. Clean and organize eating,
service, and kitchen areas. Brew coffee and tea and fill containers
with requested beverages. Notify kitchen personnel of shortages
or special orders. Prepare and serve cold drinks, frozen milk
drinks, or desserts, using drink-dispensing, milkshake, or frozen-
coffee machines. Select food items from serving or storage areas
and place them in dishes, on serving trays, and in to go bags.

Catering Attendant - Server - Levy Professional Sports Catering
While at my current catering attendant position with Levy, was
tasked with set up, hosting and serving large parties during
baseball games as well as working in concessions. Providing a
memorable experience for all guests in attendance at the stadium.
Serving guests in the suites. As well as beer tending and pouring
drinks.
