District Manager (3/2023-2/2025) - Primary duties included the direct support of 13 correctional facilities and 4 correctional commissary locations throughout New York. New Jersey and New England. Lead all operational efforts of this annual top line 25M district. Responsibilities included all HR, financial management and program development. Operations maintained a very heavy focus on the client relationships and worked directly with the inmate population.

The district staff included 28 management and 150 hourly associates. Approximately 15,000 Inmate and officer meals were served daily.

Inmate related scholarship programming expanded across the district by 400% year over year.

Implemented pilot inmate related retail programming that resulted in 21% increase in sales. Program is being rolled out system wide.

Operations Support Consultant (4/2022-11/2022) – Responsible for supporting a corporate dining and catering system in Northern Maine and Connecticut.

Locations consisted of a 2,000-employee dining program, facility catering and learning institute food service management (served 30 to 40 overnight guests weekly throughout the 6 months on site). The additional location supported 500 employees with a full-service dining hall and catering.

The account was at risk and I was engaged to stabilize staffing, the finances and to support the sourcing and on-boarding of a new General Manager. The business was restaffed; a new General Manager was sourced and on-boarded and the account was stabilized and retained.
