encompassed me working remotely in a call center. I have experience with data entry, taking high numbers of calls, scheduling work orders, responding to customers emails, and much more. My hope is to become a part of your organization.

I believe I would be a great asset to your organization within this role with my customer service expertise, skills and many years of experience. My last role taught me better communication skills, attention to detail, and how to be efficient and effective. I also gained valuable skills of being a leader, observant, and good management skills by taking on the role of training employees and supervising and monitoring 12 agents in a call center.

My time at Delaware Electric Cooperative also inspired me to develop a passion for leadership.

Combined with my customer service skills this will make me the ideal candidate for this role.
