10/21 – 02/23 Dynacast Tooling Division, Germantown, WI Primary duties include CREO/ NC Tool pathing of Contoured Surfaces, CREO/Assembly in order to extract cores and cavities and electrodes for aluminum diecast parts. Use of Roders High Speed CNC Graphite and hardened steel machines to cut posted programs.
10/18 to 10/21 Jade International Group Western Engineering division. Managed all USA customers. Design for manufacturing to 3D Mold Design reviews. Perform Moldex3D Mold Flow Analysis Filling, Packing, Cooling, and Warpage. Reverse warp output to bring product design into part print tolerances. Maintained the US western engineering division VPN with remote computation servers for Moldex3D and DFMpro licensing.
1/16 to 10/18 Contract Consulting contract for 2 years 10 months Mercury Marine Racing Division. Primary duties consisted of Product design of Complex surfaces using Creo4 and Creo6 Plastic and aluminum die cast product design. Large assembly management for 400+ horsepower outboards. Teamcenter for PLM. Product lifecycle management. 7/15 to 12/15 Core Consulting contract for 6 months tool and die Molds local to Southeast Wisconsin 3/13 to 6/15 Core Consulting contract for 10 months turned into 2 plus years at Kohler Company. Primary duties consisted of Product design of Complex surfaces using Creo2 to thin wall Kohler existing faucets. In most cases removing up to 50% of the material. Reducing the material cost and producing the manufacturing designed core boxes and dies. Primary duties consisted of Product design of Complex surfaces using Pro/e and ICEM surf, Uprev testing Of new software releases. Internal user meetings. Implementation and use of Pro/Icem surf, Pro/Cable and Harness. Go to person for the hundred plus Pro/e users at Horicon. Best practice’s part design with Model Check and company standard start parts. Keeping a concurrent engineering and manufacturing environment. Secondary duties include Software bug tracking, training in sheet metal, top-down design, large assembly management. Pro/MFG. for prototype parts and Pro/PDM and Intralink for part database management.
