Cut different size cuts of sirloin, ribeye, NY strip, shortloin, cullote, and bone-in ribeye according to expected future sales. Prepare freshly ground hamburger meat for three different sizes of burgers. Help out throughout the kitchen as needed, keep the cooler and meat room clean according to health standards.
