Executive Profile
With 30 years of extensive experience in diverse Fortune 500 organizations, I have collaborated with key stakeholders ranging from the C-Suite and site leadership to frontline workers. My focus is on motivating, empowering, and educating individuals on safety matters. Serving as a catalyst for change, I hold accountability for enhancing safety performance throughout the entire organizational hierarchy. My mission is to elevate the safety culture by implementing behavioral-based training programs and developing a comprehensive safety roadmap.
In order to successfully transform an organization's safety culture or elevate an already mature safety culture, four crucial conditions must be met: having a well-defined plan, establishing a robust safety foundation, ensuring commitment to safety from all levels of management, and allocating the necessary resources for executing the plan, all of which are integral to achieving success.
