Wet analysis of Carbon composition in steel samples from the Induction furnace using Strohlein apparatus (Carbon apparatus).

Analysis of the furnace samples for their percentage chemical composition using a Spectrometer machine (PolyJnr, ARTUS 8 Ultimate, - ARUN TECHNOLOGY).

Regular calibration, and standardization of the Spectrometer and the Carbon apparatus using their respective standard samples for better performance of the machine and reliable results.

Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly quality and production reports and of both the raw materials (Scrap) and finished products

Inspection and balancing of billet stock, dispatch (Issuing of MTC) and detection of defects like piping and cracks during and after production, and before dispatch.

Carrying out Macro Etching test for billets and rating inspection to evaluate for non -metallic surface inclusion.
