XPO Logistics has Applications to support the LTL(Less than Truck Load) business in US and Canada.

Tariff, Pricing and Auto Invoicing are some of the Major Mainframe applications under S2C (Shipment to Cash) application.

Agreement management applications run with Angular and Java as frontend and with Oracle DB as backend

Artemis application creates the ruleset for the Account code for each customer

Tariff and Pricing application deals with Rate, Bid and Transit time calculations. Customers or Business Users create a ticket using SalesForce application which internally triggers email to mailbox. Based on the request type, we create Jira ticket to track the task. Data is pulled from Files and DB2 table and reports or created and shared based on the business need. Rate of the Freight depends on the Distance, Weight, Freight Class and the customer discount

Auto Invoicing – Based on the Billing – Daily Auto Invoice are created in nightly batch job and it feeds data to Oracle application and the reconciliation is done and reports are created in SAR. Approximately 65K PROs are processed daily by Batch jobs

Ford Motor Company has set of applications to deal with Human Resource called as HROGC.

HROGC is an application which support all the HR related information like Enrollment, Payroll and reporting and retirement for the Plants and vehicles information belongs to NA(North America) and Canada.

CVMS, AXZ, JSP, Prism and UW are sub applications of HROGC.

AXZ – AXZ system allows the employees to generate an approval (PIN) after verifying their personal information. This PIN allows the employee to purchase a Ford Motor Company vehicle at discount rates. It maintains database of Employees & Retirees of Ford Motor Company, affiliate. Only partner company codes are stored, when pin generated Customer name & address is stored.

CVMS – CVMS supports the management of company vehicles in the United States from order/purchase thru disposal. Company Vehicle US assets are approximately 40000 vehicles with an inventory value in excess of $1 billion.
