Demand Planning Manager (Channel Operations Manager)
Managed the distance the order management team in a period of transition, establishing daily and weekly meetings to coordinate the group's activities and report controls, using SAP. In four months, I managed to regain the confidence of the sales team and the customer, as professionals have evolved in the daily activities of billing and scheduling the deliveries.
I led and developed the order management team, in Argentina, in order to reduce the number of incorrect orders placed in the system. Within a year, reduced the number of erroneous billings to 2 per month, in an amounting of 60 requests/month.
I conducted periodic visits to Operators and major national distributors and retails in order to meet internal processes and difficulties. As a result, it was possible to propose and implement planning solutions from weekly analyzes inventory and working, as well as influence the purchase and maintain a healthy inventory.
Active participation in meetings with the areas of Marketing, Finance, S&OP and Sales to define sales strategies. From my analysis of inventory and sales channel, it was possible to coordinate marketing activities and promotion by region.
Participated in the project to close the Manaus production plant, coordinating the anticipation of production in 2 months and increasing the stock to around 600,000 units. The factory closed manufacturing activities with healthy levels of raw materials and products remained enough not to stop sales until January 2016.

Collaborative Demand Planning Manager (Logistics) (June/2011 to September/2013)
I elaborated, together with the factory and the sales team, a production method called assembly to order, to be presented to retail market to improve customer care, prevent disruptions, and internally give greater visibility to production. I was benchmarking inside Via Varejo Group and in Walmart Company, I hit the Top 5, with 0% No Show.
I managed adhesion of 10 of the leading distributors and national retailers, and e-commerce in Brazil, accounting for 75% of sales planning for all Retail, which generated industrial stability and reduced the level of stock for $12 million.
I chose, before raw materials restriction globally, to conduct early production for low price products and maintain a lower inventory to higher value-added products. There was no shortage in the portfolio, the stock was within the stipulated and Brazil was the only country that surpassed the sales target.
Planning and Demand Analyst (Logistics) (April/2008 to June/2011)
Developed a production process control of products in end of life, weekly and frozen for 3 months, which involved weekly meetings with inter-related areas. Therewith, Manaus was recognized with better control of excess raw material in the world, and I was chosen for benchmarking in the U.S.
I coordinated together with the production plant to increase the production freeze horizon for eight weeks for products of higher turnover in stock, generating a $2 billion economy, closing the stock level below the target of $ 20 million.
I established contact with staff of buying and planning from other factories in order to strengthen relationships and integrate the teams. The production orders started to be distributed in a balanced way with the execution process.
Participation in Global Project Planning as key user for Latin America and replicating the process of continuous improvement for new tools and programs, like MRP system.
Logistics and Importation Analyst (August/2007 to April/2008)
Maintained a daily report input, control and order confirmation, from the extraction of SAP reports. After its approval, it was possible to identify in advance the problems for achieving monthly sales target.
Coordinated P2P importation process of Nokia, planning the order placement, and frequent contact with the factories. Therewith, a reduction of obsolete inventory was possible.
Reducing the imported phones lead-time transit from three to two weeks, through the contact with each planner in the factories and changing the production date.
Responsible for generating replenishment information for products on SAP/RP system and the allocations in SAP/P10 system volumes to Brazil, in order to control the level of stock.
