Delta Air Lines – Global airline headquartered in USA:
• Drove a $10MM+ budget and 100-resource global project team to consolidate 12 mainframe computers to four. Coordinated with multiple departments and program owners to ensure transparency on how operations would be impacted. This resulted in increased efficacy and a savings of over $3MM for Delta.
• Managed an SAP upgrade and deployed Opnet in a mainframe environment. Gained efficiency in application and network utilization by driving savings in technology hardware. The Walt Disney Company – American multinational entertainment and mass media company:
• Managed PMO project to track possible new project solutions. Managed 10-member global team with over $25MM+ budget.
ManpowerGroup – Global leader in workforce solutions:
• Managed a 30-member, global team that transitioned the compliance from Argentina to India and validated gaps in the transition process, updated process and procedures of the processes. As part of this project, I discovered that IBM was non-compliant in 12 different areas and brought them into compliance. Updated processes and procedures used by the various teams to prevent reoccurrence.
• Fixed migration issues. 35-member global team and over $18M budget. IBM was migrating the ManpowerGroup to a new Data Center. Discovered servers were overheating due to overcrowding. Led a team to install new racks and completely rewired the servers and racks in less than one month to meet DC deadline.
The Hertz Corporation – International auto rental company:
• Managed a suite of Oracle OBIEE and Hyperion projects to interrogate the client’s ability to receive bill payments, place purchase orders, and utilize web-based analytics for both ERC and CRM applications. Oversaw a global team of 25 and managed a $2M+ budget.
• Directed a CyberArk implementation to improve privileged access security across data center environments. Led cross-functional coordination between InfoSec, infrastructure, and application teams to vault high-risk service accounts and ensure alignment with corporate audit policies.
• Completed expedited installation of a DS8800 storage device, resolving critical TKLM encryption issues to deliver the project on time and under budget. Led a 25-member global team and managed over $5MM in infrastructure investments. WPP Group – World’s Largest Advertising & Marketing Services Company
