Manage small-scale vegetable farming operations, including land preparation, planting, irrigation, and harvesting

Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

Train and coordinate seasonal laborers during peak farming seasons

Ensure proper handling and transportation of produce to reduce spoilage

Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting.
