●Offered the opportunity to work as a Regional Logistics Manager in their Muntinlupa Logistics department. I have 4 direct reports, Material Resource Manager, 3 transport managers and 2 Inventory and warehouse managers. There are 30 regular forklift operators manning 7 production lines, 60 casual forklift operators for the transport/dispatch team, around 15 checkers and 2 inventory analysts. We dispatch around 150,000 cases per day all over the Philippines and handle warehouses with 442,000 cases capacity.

●Tasked to Transition from Plant logistics to Sales Office warehouse Logistics, helped in orderly closure of Muntinlupa plant transfer of people and equipment.

●Moved to Regional Logistics Manager of Metro Operations handling Sales Offices and Warehouses in Taguig, Malabon, Baesa, and Sumulong and later on Palawan, Cavite, and Muntinlupa.

●Warehouse Capacity ranges from 800 pallet positions to 5,000 pallet positions.
