Engine and powertrain / Body side design engineer 11/2017-5/2023

•Support powertrain engineers with CAD (Creo/Catia) drawing creation for engine systems (oil, water, fuel, hoses, belt, block, heads, timing chain cover, cam and cam housing) with regular work using full Encopa (VEHICLE) data. creation of assembly instruction. studied replacing paper assembly instruction sheets with augmented reality and virtual reality (AR/VR) animation. Use Creo Simulate to analyze parts and improve them. Support design reviews, and design studies for part creation. I am Seibi class E certified for TMC (Toyota Motor Company) blend fillet methodology(stamping), i design sheetmetal/stamping parts, and am one of 3 sheetmetal checkers.
