Maintenance of Airport Shuttle Bus – Volvo 8400 City Bus i) Routine Maintenance & Inspections

Conduct regular inspections of the engine, brakes, transmission, and electrical systems.

Perform oil changes, fluid top-ups, and filter replacements.

Check and replace worn-out belts, hoses, and other engine components.

Inspect and maintain tires, ensuring proper inflation and tread depth.

Lubricate moving parts to prevent wear and tear. ii) Repairs & Troubleshooting

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Repair or replace faulty parts, such as alternators, starters, batteries, and fuel systems.

Propeller shaft setting includes dismantling and assembling.

Suspension work. (Coil spring suspension, Wishbone suspension)

Greasing, break setting, break liner replacing, Oil service and Wheel alignment.

PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) work
