Transportation Electrification Portfolio Launch Manager ( Contract) Oct. 2023 – May 2024 Leading and managing the Transportation Electrification Portfolio launch program at Pacific Power company. Responsible for and managing the launching of approved TE programs and all activities associated with each customer program in the portfolio. leading development, administration, and implementation of multiple transportation electrification programs and making sure that Pacific Power's programs achieve strategic objectives and priorities by designing programs and goal setting, evaluating, and developing new business and partnership opportunities.

Successfully managed the Launch of the first Fleet Make Ready pilot program with a $7.6 Million budget. Developed schedules, managing multiple external vendors, and coordinating collaboration between all parties including contracts, stakeholder relationships, and engaging with customers and managers on Pacific Power’s behalf. Managing and facilitating the scoping, implementation and measurement of TE projects and programs, and tracking program data. Developed the new role of the engineering customer program manager in WPD (Workstation Division). Engineering Project Manager, Altius Inc., Spokane, WA 1993 – 1996 Developed and implemented the redesign and manufacturing plan of a custom keyboard in order to meet a 2-year $10 million contract from Bloomberg (a New York-based company that provides computerized information for security traders). Redesign included EMI emissions reduction, audio quality improvement, and cost reduction. The manufacturing plan included PWB manufacturing, PCB assembly manufacture selection, procurement planning, contract negotiations, and test procedure development. Also, served as the project leader for research and development of a tape-less hand-held solid-state digital recorder. The design was based on the Zilog Z89165 Z8/DSP and utilized Flash memory and a speech compression algorithm. VP Engineering Tri Tech Int., Post Falls, ID 1992 – 1993 Managed the development of a new generation of voice recognition software and hardware to be used with portable computers and standard personal computers. As part of the product management team, I conducted product and technology research for liquid crystal digital price display system.
