Director of Accounting Operations

Successfully lead accounting staff in all facets of general accounting, A/R, A/P, pay services and customer services. Cost-effectively monitor annual Capital Outlay and Debt Service budgets and manage development/integration of the annual UDC budget. Maintain full accountability for all aspects of accounting operations, including managing activities associated with Statement of Net Assets, subsidiary ledgers and bank statements. Apply strong attention to detail toward managing A/P, reviewing and analyzing subcontractor agreements, integrating change orders, and reconciling accounts.
