Prepared testimony related to audit findings on Operations and Maintenance expenses, Administrative and General expenses, and Capital Expenditures for General Rate Cases (GRCs) of various electric and gas utilities before the Commission.

Performed audits and analysis of the financial records of the State's energy utilities associated with GRCs, catastrophic events memorandum events (CEMAs), wildfire expenses memorandum events

(WEMAs), and balancing accounts to confirm that accounting principles are followed for tracking utility energy related historical recorded costs and that the costs are reasonable for ratepayers.
