Successfully recruited for some of the most niche software development roles, while staying on top of a 20+ req workload and assisting on various special projects. Additionally, working directly with hiring managers and engineering teams to educate them in the recruiting and hiring process, sharing market information, managing expectations and getting the information I needed from them to find the perfect candidate.

Realized success sourcing and recruiting on Software development frontend, backend, and full stack with various programing and scripting languages, with a heavy focus on SaaS as it was our main product.

RPO management for niche and contract roles

Researched industry & competitor trends, forecasted business needs, and developed new policies, processes, and tools to increase team engagement and performance while streamlining internal workflows and ensuring compliance
