Description: CARI (Consumer Analytics Reporting Infrastructure) provides profitability/PnL data for Auto and Home Lending lines of business.

Responsibilities:

Home Lending:

• Led a team of 23 developers

• Started with this team in early 2023 and had the opportunity to help the team deliver one of their biggest milestones, which is migrating the Originations platform to the AWS cloud

• Starting February 2024, the focus shifted to migrating Servicing module to the cloud. Though the focus was on Migration, I made sure that there is no significant decline in agility metrics by keeping the churn to the minimum.

• Worked with the tech lead in planning activities for Home Lending migration to the cloud. Prepared timeline charts in terms of resources VS story points so that it helps leadership with making informed decisions

• Helped in waste reduction by having the team focus on automation for ingesting data from different on- prem data sources to Databrix – which resulted in reduction of timelines through process improvements

• Worked diligently with the Architecture team and dependent teams and brought resolution to several dependencies and risks that needed architecture approach

• Prepared Lucid charts with the timelines showing critical milestones and progress on each

• Facilitated and lead regular ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning calls, retrospective sessions, backlog grooming session, product demos and product refinement sessions
