Involved in basic workflow settings and configured the workflow prerequisites needed for business process in Fiori.
Finance master data mass load and reconciliation.

Interface Monitoring Report preparation, which reports the overall health of the system interacting with messages, in and out of SAP,
Article Error Handling, through which I analyse any inbound messages coming into SAP MDG, in the form of ARTMAS IDOCs. I am also tasked with providing permanent resolution to any failures and capturing the progresses made in tickets.
Only 1 month into this project, I was also tasked with owning Knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to TCS team which I was able to successfully deliver and provide support during transition.
I am currently leading a small team of 04 members and made in charge of troubleshooting any article master failures into MDG.
