Interface Monitoring Report preparation, which reports the overall health of the system interacting with messages, in and out of SAP,
Article Error Handling, through which I analyse any inbound messages coming into SAP MDG, in the form of ARTMAS IDOCs. I am also tasked with providing permanent resolution to any failures and capturing the progresses made in tickets.
Only 1 month into this project, I was also tasked with owning Knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to TCS team which I was able to successfully deliver and provide support during transition.
