• This MLOps project is designed to automate the end-to-end machine learning workflow for detecting network security threats, such as phishing or malicious activities. It begins by ingesting raw data from a MongoDB database, splits it into training and testing datasets. The pipeline is modular, with clearly defined configurations and artifact tracking, allowing each component—such as data ingestion, transformation, and model training—to be independently managed and logged. • This AI project features two primary models: a Chatbot and an Image AI Generator, both leveraging the power of Google Gemini’s Large Language Models through API integration. The Chatbot is designed to interact naturally with users, providing informative responses and answering questions in real time, making it suitable for customer support, education, or general assistance. The Image AI Generator allows users to input descriptive text, which is then processed to generate vivid, high-quality images that visually represent the entered prompts.

• These projects are built using the PyTorch deep learning framework and focus on data classification and image classification tasks, utilizing datasets sourced from Kaggle. A custom subclass derived from PyTorch’s DataLoader class streamline the data handling process and simplify batch loading during training and validation. The models are trained over multiple epochs, and at each epoch, key metrics such as training accuracy and validation loss are computed and printed. • These projects showcase a comprehensive application of Machine Learning algorithms across both classification and regression tasks. Implemented models include Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Decision Tree Classifier and Regressor, and Random Forest.
