Provide leadership and expertise to a team of Compliance Coordinators, Credentialing Specialists and Investigation Team.

Responsible for credentialing and compliance operations for the organization.

Integral part of the placement process ensuring client and facility satisfaction by producing on time delivery of accurate and complete credentialing files of Healthcare Professionals, relying on experience and judgment to plan for and accomplish these goals.

• Develop all team personnel including interviewing and hiring, conducting performance evaluations, training, development, career and succession planning.

• Develop and execute team culture, facilitate teamwork and individual growth, plan and facilitate team meetings and cultivate collaborative efforts across departmental and company lines.

• Maintain relationships with other departments to ensure effective communication of information and efficient execution of processes and adherence to policies.

• Actively work to resolve business concerns related to background searches, drug screen results, system challenges and exception requests.

• Serve as management and cost control liaison between the organization and all third-party credentialing vendors.

• Function in consultative resource role to Recruiters, Associates and other departments regarding all aspects of client documentation, and to the Sales Team for compliance related contract negotiations, bids, audits and discussions/decisions related to JCAHO, OSHA and Federal regulatory changes.

• Participate with the JCAHO certification project team to ensure standards and practices consistently match company policies and execute changes to policy or process when needed.

• Recommend changes to the organization’s documentation requirements based on knowledge of the industry and create and implement new policies and procedures as required.

• Measure process performance and industry benchmarks and set goals to ensure position as the credentialing leader in the industry.

• Execute changes to policy, process and systems as required.
