•Established and scaled the Product Management team, introducing agile methodologies and Scrum practices in collaboration with the Director of Software Development.
•Directed international software engineering teams, focusing on transparent metrics in engineering, testing, and deployment to support Veracity's suite of products.
•Spearheaded the delineation of engineering teams to specialize in Veracity brands, notably fortifying InsCipher as a leading enterprise-level E&S tax filing system.
•Led negotiations with state agencies, resulting in customized tax filing portal integrations for Idaho and Utah, enhancing user experience and compliance.
