I worked in an office setting taking phone calls, emails and live chats daily. I assisted customer in placing orders and checking on order status. I initiated sales tactics to either help a customer ensure they got everything they were needing or would work on getting them a 3 month subscription for specific parts set up. I helped work with customers in diagnosing issues with their appliances, and small engines. I would have to call shipping carriers to update customer information, and call customers back regarding any updates they needed.

I am the supervisor of one of the production areas. I supervise a team of 10 people. I fill out merits to show employee production, I administer quarterly reviews, and preform written and verbal warnings. I ensure goal is hit every day and make adjustments to staffing if more help is needed. I give ideas and upgrades that could help the department better succeed.
