● Develop and maintain an accurate asset baseline for all hardware assets, including but not limited to computers, network devices, and peripherals.

● Provide daily customer and team support to facilitate both local and regional hardware requirements and requests.

● Respond to email requests for information (RFI)s within 24 hours.

● Implement and manage processes for tracking and reporting on hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.

● Perform daily duties as a lead Doctrine Writer, with multiple tasks that includes daily quality assurance oversight of contract support personnel, analysis of Army and Joint concepts and doctrine, and the coordination, development, and management.

● Participate in various Army doctrinal, structural, training, and new Army HR systems implementation conferences and will assist in the collection, summarization, and delivery of required HR-related information that impacts AGS initiatives.
