To follow-up overall inventory management procedure. Knowledge of proper Book Keeping and Inventory Management.

Maintain inventory, manage goods inward & outward on batch wise basis.

Physical stock verification need to be done monthly to cross check.

Maintenance of stock ledger & Prepare monthly Stock Statement.

Take care all types of activities like take care of store goods, availability of goods in time, proper care, make proper records of incoming and outgoing goods.

To raise consumable item’s Indent/Purchase Requisition of Store and follow up of Raw Material as per requirement. Self-Correspondence with outside party.

To keeping record of Purchase Order, Indent Copy, Vendor Certificate of Analysis, Stock and Inventory and accurate records of store activities in concerned departments file.

Taking account of incoming and outgoing of goods in the stores department and verifying incoming / outgoing and daily stock on hand, follow the delivery schedule as per purchase order.

Keeping eagle's eyes on the stocks of goods available in the stores.

In-depth Knowledge of Store Functions like Store Audit, LIFO/FIFO

Arranging the inventory of stock every three months and using materials FIFO.

Prepare monthly stock Inward & Outward, storage, Order fulfillment, Physical Stock taking & reconciliation, etc.

Maintains store staff job results by counseling, and disciplining employees.

Preparing the list of fast moving / slow moving items and not usable materials.

Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long- term performance goals.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Managing distributions, receipt of materials, GRN, Inward, dispatches through ERP systems.

Handling internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with national and international transport safety regulations, especially regarding hazardous chemical transport.

Schedule and dispatch delivery vehicles for chemical product shipments to customers, warehouses, or internal facilities.
