●Contributed to Namibia being ranked first for 5 consecutive years to have the best roads in Africa by World Economic Forum: Global Competitiveness Report Index regarding the Quality of Road Infrastructure in 2024.
●Demonstrated effective planning, budgeting and budget control of regional road network maintenance (12000 km), leading to the increase in better budget utilization, taking it from 70% up to 95%.
●Leverage organizational skills to manage a team of 5 engineers in asset management and regulatory compliance, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficient project delivery to successful implement the maintenance of 12, 000.00 km of roads in Keetmanshoop region.
●Experience in crew management to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and promote safety culture.
