PROJECTS
Upgrade temperature control methods on Toyota Vios 2007 Role: Team Leader Team size: 2 Duration: Mar 2024 – Nov 2024 Deployed Fuzzy combined PID controller method for vehicle air conditioning. Optimize the position of temperature sensors for more accurate readings. Using timers to implement task scheduling (multithreading-like) for sensor signal reading on Arduino Mega 2560. The improved system offers better stability, faster response, and enhanced user comfort compared to the original and Honda Civic 2007 systems.
Applied Matlab simulink & C embedded on MCU.
Implementation of ball and beam controll system Role: Team Leader Team size: 1 Duration: Oct 2024 - Dec 2024 Implemented two serial PID controllers based on the ball position and beam angle. Using Simulink & Arduino IDE Applied Simulink to simulate the system’s activity. Achieved stable control with error 0.4 (cm).
Real-time vehicle status monitoring in Vios 2007 Role: Team Leader Team size: 2 Duration: Mar 2025 - May 2025 Built a mobile application using Flutter.
Applied CAN protocol reading with esp32 to monitor vehicle status Used FreeRTOS to separate sensor reading into multiple tasks Used Firebase Realtime Database as a server to send and read data. Design a 1:8 scale model car Role: Team Leader Team size: 4 Duration: Jun 2024 - Jun 2024 Deployed and implemented two control methods using ESP-NOW and a mobile app Used JSON to decode signals during communication with the mobile phone Designed and built the complete hardware, including electrical circuit and mechanical components for the model. Water flow control for plasma treatment Role: Team Leader Team size: 2 Duration: Mar 2025 - Present Applied FreeRTOS on STM32F4 to handle multiple tasks across different modules Applied UART protocol for communication between STM32F4 and ESP32 Built a mobile application using Flutter to monitor data. Used Firebase Realtime Database as a server to send and read data. Programming Languages: Simulink (basic), C/C++, Python( basic) . MCUs & SoC: Arduino, ESP32, STM32
