Managed completion of the Solution Analysis phase and started Execution of the SPIDA application. SPIDA application is used by the Transmission & Distribution organization to perform pole loading analysis for over 1.4M utility poles in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Managed over 80 Subject Matter Experts from multiple business units, and 3 Managed Service Providers, to complete the Solution Analysis phase of the project on time and on budget.
