1.Medgulf Construction Company, Doha, Qatar. October-2022-Till now

Position: Electrical/Project Engineer.

Experienced in handling onshore and offshore QatarEnergy LNG (QatarGas) EPC upgradation project.

Provide maintenance support for TSF for all electrical equipment’s including Emergency Diesel Generator & distribution.

Close coordination with QatarEnergy LNG project & operation team to provide all the necessary documents for project execution and get approvals as per the QatarEnergy LNG onshore and offshore procedures.

Coordinate with engineering consultant in each and every step in development of engineering design and to provide necessary inputs as per QatarEnergy LNG specification and operation philosophy for offshore projects.

Reviewing of all engineering & vendor drawings discussing with QatarEnergy LNG related to operation scheme of project, power distribution, control philosophy, etc., Tie-in between new and old power systems.

Position: Senior Electrical/Estimation Engineer.

Solving the Offshore and Onshore electrical requirement related Preventive/Corrective maintenance as per Qatar Energy (Qatar Petroleum) requirement.

3.Dolphin Energy Limited (under IRM offshore & Bureau Veritas), Ras Laffan, Qatar. July-2017-June 2020

Position: Electrical Support Engineer/Reliability supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Excellent Knowledge in Live production plant, CP, UG cables, Stream turbine Generators 50MW and Protective equipment like breakers, ATS, CT, PT, etc.,

Co-ordinate with senior engineer and Kahramaa Engineers while maintenance of 33Kv plant power incomers.

Modify the task as per site requirement/Condition by ensuring technical integrity and continuous monitoring the maintenance daily report.

Key person to handle of PDCS System, Load shedding system and troubleshoot the problems in plant supporting schneider vendor.

Detail investigation report prepared for any incident related with electrical and suggest the recommend with required justification.

CBDC Takreer Project in Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all matters related to electrical design and construction from Samsung Engineering liaise between PMC (Jacobs) and Takreer CBDC project team.

Review/execution of Single Line diagrams / Electrical drawings for Substation, Control room and Plant area viz. Earthing layout, Lighting layout, Cable route layout, Telecom layout, Fire Alarm layout, Hazardous area classification layout including interface with other departments, Transformers, UPS-AC/DC system, DG set, Capacitor banks, Cathodic protection system, Electrical Heat tracing system, Electrical bulk items etc.

Installation and maintenance of MV/LV Switch Gears from ABB, Hyundai, L&T etc., Motor control centers, Bus Ducts & LV, MV Transformers from Hyundai, PDB (Power Distribution Panel), LP (Lighting Panel), ELP (Emergency Lighting panel), WO (Welding Outlets), Capacitor bank, UPS panels from Emerson, heat tracing transformers, PJB, NJB, anode for testing cathodic protection for underground mechanical services. Involved and assisted in Interface from TRANSCO, UAE to TAKREER CBDC project 110/33/11/3.3KV and 440v power distribution.

Witnessed for operation /check/report to Takreer/Jacobs/ Bureau veritas (Third Party Inspection) through RFI (Request For Inspection) for the testing of MV/LV Transformers, E&I distribution Panels, thermal units, CCTV units, Fire alarm, Vacuum Circuit Breakers, MCC, Cables, Cable lying, Surge arrester and all other systems in the plant.

Solved the practical cable routing difficulty in substation cellar room and confined space.

Prepare Technical scope of work documents for sub-contracting jobs for engineering as well as construction scope.

Attended MC (Mechanical Clearance)/ safety walk down with Takreer /Jacobs/ Bureau Veritas for substations and field and noting their comments in ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) matrix and also responsible to resolving each and all comments comply with DGS (electrical Design Guide Lines) and project requirements.

Installation of Emergency Diesel Generator (50MVA) from CompagniaTecnicaMotori, Italy. Pre-commissioning the operation of ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch), UPS AC 220v for the backup of 3 hours and UPS DC from 24v-110v.

Supervised and Supported in Transformer oil filtration process and Oil Quality test (BDV, DGA) with QA/QC team.

Installation/powering of aviation warning lights and crushing motors at the height of 130-meter steel structure towers.

Performed solo run testing for each pump from 11kv/3.3kv/440v/ 230v motors i.e., main motors and auxiliary motors for cranes, elevators, pumps, submersible motors conveyers, fin-fan motors, Ship Loaders etc., with proper inspection procedures.

Preparing the As-Built drawings and to get approvals from PMC and submitting it to the Design and Engineering teams for updating.
