Filled out many different kinds of forms both on paper and on a computer while in the service. I dealt with TCMD's and other paperwork to get the planes loaded and unloaded for flights in and out of our military base there. Luggage and cargo loaded and unloaded properly and fully complied with the FAA rules and regulations as well. It was not always just filling out paperwork by hand it was also getting the loads ready for shipment, making sure that they were all loaded properly and weighed appropriately for the planes that they were about to or going on in the near future. I was in charge of getting it all set up was the main part of the cargo department. We also maintained the cleanest shop on the base, we had to do foreign object debris walkdowns of the entire flight line area where any planes could come in and park every morning. Then get to work on making all the pallets ready for the cargo planes or loads of luggage ready for the passenger flights that came in and out of the base four time a week. There were times that we had VIP's come in and had to maintain a proper military standard for them to see how we were doing and, in such occasions, we had to be in our dress uniforms to do all this except for the cargo department due to the tasks we had to take care of getting into the belly of the aircraft and cargo areas were not always the cleanest places. I managed up to 30 people at a time to get all of this done in quick fashion. we had a total of twenty minutes to get all of the luggage out for the passenger planes and like two to three hours for any cargo planes that came in. Rarely would we see C-5 Galaxies come in but when we did the two times while I was there in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba it would take all day because those planes held more than enough in their cargo bays on the planes to give us work for days at times, but we had one day to get it done before the winds would cause a problem due to the runways being so

short there and these planes needed the extra assistance from the winds to properly take off safely. I got the crew and loadmasters to get the lead out so to speak.
