**************@*****.***

My name is Chris and I have worked for Caterpillar Inc. in the Product Support and Logistics Division for 13 years at the Waco Facility. My current position was a Releasing/Grief Coordinator with responsibility over the IPC Distribution Center Operations helping resolve all possible logistics issues that may occur throughout our daily process from an associate to VSM level. I graduated from University High Class of 2000 and further hopes of advancing my education level. Throughout my career I have had many opportunities to work in multiple R.I.W’s, VST’s, and with the SST, which improved our departments safety goals, engagement, and evolve our daily processes. In each of these situations I have found ways to improve the area and make an impact with my peers and leadership with my ideas on process flows. The experiences I find most rewarding is the training and mentoring of associates and coaches through our yearly rotation, with the encouragement of my knowledge and reliability that I’m a valuable resource at any level of members aid. I have had the good fortune to work with leaders that allowed me to train and develop myself as well as members of my team and feel that I have made a huge impact on my department as well as the facility. I thrive myself on learning and understanding the systematics of the distribution facility I have worked in. I have taken the initiative to learn the systems, communication and reporting that allows for resolution and productivity success.
