Career
1. Top Sellers Plus, Inc. (TSPI)
(January 2023 to Present)
General Manager
This is a European-owned Business Process
Outsourcing Company that has been in existence with its offshore company in the Philippines for more than a decade. In general, it has entertained and managed clients with the servicing of incoming calls for an array of companies involved in telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and others. During my time, we are handling four international IT companies offering computer maintenance and cybersecurity services. Bulk of the service is telemarketing sales and CRM, while the rest is dedicated to the furtherance of said relationships from mere campaigns to a full-fledged JV, where applicable. I am the top officer for the country.
2. Systems By Design, The Zap Apps and The Zenith Businesses
(May 2020 to Present)
Founder and Managing Director
This is a startup company that I have been trying to launch by myself and with the help of a few good friends. This is based on a customer-centric digital marketing platform that we offer as premiere services to clients. Although much of this is still in the conceptualization phase, the just of this is the provision of a Digital Customer Relationship Management service which centers, for now, in the manufacture or personal, custom smartphone applications and operating systems. This service varies depending on the option chosen from a one-time app manufacture to a lifelong digital marketing partnership with the client with the promise of cloud storage and provision and regular timely app-updates to ensure his continued relevance in the OS development of Apple, Google, Blackberry, IBM, Nokia and Samsung.
3. Camp John Hay Development Corporation (CJHDevCo)
(March 2012 to August 2020)
Legal Services Manager
Rendered consulting, assistive, and preparatory services to the Director for Corporate and Legal Affairs, the Vice President for Litigation, the Executive Vice President, and the members of the Executive Committee in all legal matters pertaining to the corporation, its various accounts with customers and stakeholders alike, and pending cases. The most impactful of the aforementioned cases ended with the resolution of the legal quagmire the company was implicated in together with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority of the Philippines. Camp John Hay, for that matter, is a Special Economic Zone imbued with relevant tax shelters careof the Philippine government. My tasks included, but not limited to, drafting letters to clientele, media, and prospective venturers; drafting deeds, agreements, contracts, memoranda and other legal forms and dations as well as complaints, answers, motions and similar legal pleadings, which were compliant to the procedures prescribed by the Philippine Rules of Court; accounts management, troubleshooting, and importantly, customer relationship inculcation and management.
4. Fil-Estate Management, Inc. (FEMI)
(March 2012 to August 2020)
Titling and Customer Relations Head
Handled all existing customer accounts of FEMI as well as its numerous sister Filestate companies: FEDI, FRDC and GERI, to name some, that mostly require customer
relationship creation and management, and those that have yet to be involved in any form of litigation. GERI was the merger between FEMI and Megaworld Properties, the latter arguably being one of the three hugest developers in the Philippines. These mostly include, but is not limited to, basic customer assistance and care, as well as trouble-shooting, cleaning up of accounts or turning property ownership over, i.e. Compromise Agreements; Release, Waiver and
Quitclaims, dispute settlements and payment negotiations as regards accounts existing. Research on aforementioned existing accounts and formulation of recommendations thereto are rampant and relatively challenging considering FilEstate was also one of the most renowned developers in the Philippines circa 1980's.
5 Home Guaranty Corporation
(August 2008 to March 2012)
Asset Management and Disposition Group
Senior Marketing Specialist
Officer-in-charge of the marketing of the foreclosed assets of the Home Guaranty Corporation, a semi-private corporation created by Philippine legal fiction to maintain robust banking and finance guaranty lines. Like any guaranty or surety institutions, assets, most all of which are real estate, are collateralized, and at time foreclosed. Our team was in charge, not only of dispositions to the best interest of the Philippine government, but also of their responsible and timely upkeep. Aside from the integral marketing functions such as conceptualization of promotions, CRM, monitoring of asset disposition in the retail as well as developmental housing levels, financial analyses, sales forecasts and cashflow projections, the job also included preliminary legal troubleshooting, drafting of legalistic memoranda as well as demand letters, strategic accounts recommendations, sales reports, legal contracts and public documents. The retail accounts I held were in the area of Southern National Capital Region of the Philippines. On the other hand, the key developmental accounts held included the Finasia Homes in Parañaque City as well as in Marikina City; Carville Homes in Navotas; BF Permaline Homes in Marikina City; the Monte Carlo Townhouses in Parañaque City; the Guadalupe BLISS project; the Isabel Asset Pool comprising of the Monumento Plaza Mall in Manila as well as properties in Calauan and Sta. Maria, Laguna, Sto. Tomas, Batangas and Tanay, Rizal properties; and finally the properties in Subic which were used by former President Clinton together with other Heads of State during the Asia Pacific Economic Conference in 1991. Total projected cash inflow from the aforementioned projects are in the hundreds of millions.
