CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Leveraged a combination of Visual Studio, NetBeans, and Quest Software across the software development lifecycle to decrease the number of unaddressed and outstanding enhancements, bug fixes, and other coding issues over the last 2 years at TEKsystems.

Created a SQL Server database report using Power BI for all USA VA locations, a total of 278+ in descending order, on all IT hardware coming up on expiration to be recycled and/or replaced, saving VA $7.5M at MKS2.

Worked under Na-Alii’s contract with the Department of Defense POW/MIA National Accounting Office - DPSS and drove the development of a Datamart built with SQL Server 2012 to feed relevant data collections extractions to an app called “Documentum.”

Examined programming code for errors and resolved 100+ bugs before product launch at Turning Point while executing data security compliance testing processes and techniques, resulting in a 5% reduction in software development project costs.

Taken multiple COTS software packages and applied to numerous Production & Development working environments for weekly application packages.

Migrated a subset of the APS suite of Oracle/Postgress databases to a new Medicare/Medicaid, resulting in Turning Point securing a new Medicare contract of $5.5M.

Serve as Principal DB Engineer for the Munitions Transportation Management System (MTMS) utilized by the US Army as their primary software tracking system in delivering and transporting all munition shipments to other US Army locations across the US.

Collaborate with the Visual Studio Team Foundation Server in designing and developing the Full Source Versioning Control for the Oracle 15 backend and Azure SQL DB of the development, functional testing, and production of MTMS transaction systems.
