PII Data Discovery Project - $3 million/5-7 Resources. Determine the extent and location of all HCA’s personal identification information (PII) on various platforms throughout the organization. Enable governance and hardening against third-party data attacks. Required problem definition, vendor engagement (RFP, SOW, Onboarding), engagement of implementation partners and management of the HCA PII Tool within the organization.

PeopleSoft 9.2 Installation – $30 million/100 resources. Enterprise project replacement of mainframe applications for GL, AP and FA. Utilized RICE-W model to implement new ERP system to enable the bank to rapidly expand.

Utilized hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach.

Canadian EBS Upgrade – Upgrade of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to enable additional functionality within the Canadian EBS platform. Implemented latest bare metal and VM compute infrastructure and provided stronger interconnection with the Bank’s core US ERP application. Utilized Agile methodology to enable expedited delivery.

Oracle Financial Services (OFSAA) Upgrade – $7 million/15 Resources. Replace EOL OFSAA with new, upgraded, enterprise-class analytics platform. On-premise 20 servers across 5 environments.

Hyperion Financial Management – $3 million/10 Resources. Implemented new, enterprise-class regulatory reporting engine capabilities on a multi-tiered architecture with failover, redundancy and load balancing. Utilized Smart View to script custom reporting features. This enabled the Bank to expand financial reporting to a global footprint.

Oracle Business Intelligence – $5 million/15 Resources. Replace OBIEE with new, enterprise-class financial reporting (infrastructure & SW). Required scripting/change OOB reports and implementing custom SQL reporting.

Concur Upgrade - $1 million/10 Resources – Upgraded and enhanced Concur platform to lasted version while implementing upgraded security, workflow and bill back functionality. Allowed for 2 headcount efficiency saving.

Enhanced Prudential Standards – Finance Systems manager responsible for facilitating centralization of US entities general ledger reporting in conformance with Dodd-Frank Act; established an Independent Holding Company.
