Managing Director for Silverline, a Salesforce consulting company, responsible for building a nationwide payer practice. My responsibilities include all marketing, sales, delivery, and client relationship activities for this line of business.
Major Accomplishments
• Assumed Program Management duties for Silverline’s two largest projects: these projects included over fifty professionals, six separate workstreams, and $14,000,000 in revenue for Silverline. These projects experienced delivery and customer relationship challenges and I took over all budgeting, planning, delivery, quality assurance and client relationship activities. My efforts resulted in a successful re-alignment of Silverline’s and our clients’ goals: financial, planning, delivery, and critical success criteria.
• Beginning in 2021, built a nationwide payer practice that included the addition of new clients, expanding existing clients, and developing capabilities to support the payer industry. The practice grew from zero to $11,000, 000 in 2021.
• Currently leading all sales, client relationships and delivery activities for a northeast payer organization. My efforts have resulted in the implementation of the Salesforce Health Cloud product for this payer that supports Medicare and Medicaid populations. My efforts resulted in contracts of over $6,000,000 to this organization.
• Led the sales activities to a Northeast payer for the implementation of a Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity solution across all operations of the payer’s organization. This resulted in contracts of almost
$2 million for Silverline.

• Developed a Portfolio Management system for a Workers Compensation Insurance Company. This work included the consolidation of over 1500 business and IT work units into 250 projects, and the implementation of a Portfolio Management Information Systems and new Project Management Methodologies
• Senior Program Manager for the implementation of marketing, sales, and service solution for financial services professionals. This program included developing a business and technology strategy to support over 6500 professionals. After the strategy was completed, I managed the development and implementation of the solution including the business analysis, software development (custom, Salesforce, and in-Pipeline), change management and the development of a support structure for the solution.

• Senior Vice President of Application Development for a leading medical transcription company. My responsibilities included the management of a U.S. and India based software engineering organization, development of a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, and implementation of project management tools and processes. Under my leadership the development organization was the key contributor to solving this client’s major customer service and relationship problems. We also developed and implemented a new generation of medical transcription software.
• Senior Director of a large Data Warehousing custom application development project for a leading data provider. This engagement included the management of a 100-person team responsible for the design, development and implementation of a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solution. My responsibilities also included the recruitment of the development team, establishment of the Program Management Office, and interaction with all levels of the customer’s management team.
• Senior Manager responsible for the implementation of a CRM application for one of the largest Property and Casualty companies in the world. This implementation included the development of a marketing data warehouse, sales prospecting system, and marketing analytics used to monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign.
Trilogy Software, Nashville, Tennessee 2002 - 2004 Reporting to the CFO, I was responsible for building and managing a practice that implemented Trilogy’s flagship product, the Distributor Management System (DMS). DMS is a system used to compensate sales professionals.

• Responsible for 15 technical and business professionals and over $7,000,000 of successful software implementation projects and services at a profit margin of over 65%.
• Assisted with the implementation of an offshore technical support capability to supplement our professional services team. This team provided an alternative for our clients that reduced our costs by two-thirds while maintaining a high quality work product. KPMG Consulting (Bearing Point), Nashville, Tennessee 1994 – 2002 Senior Partner responsible for developing strategic solutions for KPMG Consulting and the nation’s largest life, property/casualt and health care companies. Major Accomplishments:
• Senior Vice President responsible for the Provider and Payer segments of KPMG Consulting’s Health Care Line of Business generating over $50 million in gross revenues with margins exceeding 55%. Responsibilities included developing strategic solutions for both markets, and creating the organization to implement those solutions.
• Created a new Insurance consulting practice. Grew revenue from $0 to over $16 million in 2 years with engagements that included business strategies, systems integration, process improvement, and Internet Strategies and Solutions.
• Created and managed a new firm-wide insurance industry Customer Relationship Management
