•Responsible for cradle to grave contract management of large scale projects to include overseeing and managing the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, review, execution, administration, and closeout for federal government contracts and subcontracts.
•Attends proposal leadership planning meetings for contractual and subcontract guidance, completes required solicitation documentation, responsible for pricing requests and pricing negotiations.
•Provides cradle to grave subcontract management ensuring that subcontract agreements comply with prime contract terms and government regulations, including maintaining and reposting of subcontracting plans and compliance with Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (ESRS).
•Responsible for CPSR subcontract and procurement file management, documentation to include cost/price analysis, negotiation of memorandums and public law compliance. Served as CPSR Auditor and worked consistently in a CPSR environment.
•Critical partner in proposal strategy, pricing meetings, basis of estimate input and working across departments to assimilate a wining proposal submission.
•Highly skilled in negotiations for optimum resolution for all stakeholders.
•Responsible for drafting, negotiating, executing and tracking TA, NDA, MOU, Joint Venture and Mentor Protégé’ agreements.
