Served as acting deputy HR country manager and promoted to country HR manager for leading mega project of multiple remote locations in Guinea, West Africa, project was budgeted for $20 Billion USD.
Organized and maintained working document to interpret Guinea Labor Code in accordance with laws and regulations to protects employees’ rights. Collaborated with third party company to mobilize over 300 expats to Guinea for their expertise in respective area. Developed site orientation onboarding process that introduced the company to new employees and also to Guinea. Responsible to investigate Employee Relation complaints.

Generated effective process for recruiting, training, and guiding 25,000 unskilled workers regarding project working/methodologies and using basic hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
