Biography
Ms. Baseemah Ismail is a senior Human Resources Generalist, with experience in an array of HR functions including Talent Acquisition & Retention, Diversity Strategy, Training, Organization Development & Design. Throughout her HR career, she has worked closely with managers nationally and internationally to drive diversity initiatives, influence & participate in local diversity networks, develop leadership and awareness training, and build strategic relationships with diverse recruiting sources. Her international exposures span 4 continents: North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Most recently, she has completed global travels exploring both educational and corporate facets within Beijing, Xi’an and Shanghai Chinese culture. Ms. Baseemah has at her fingertips the pulse of current market trends in OD/Change Management, diversity and its effects in the corporate environment. She has completed anthropological fieldwork in Ghana and Senegal, West Africa and her work is published and housed in the Glenn L. Bartle Library at Binghamton University.
