I was the Vice President of NTAPE (North Texas Association Public Employees) and we would have meetings with the City Mayor, City Council and other high-ranking members to discuss matters relating the city budget, employee benefits and areas where to save the city money, including areas that could be reduced to save cost and yet keep the staff assigned to those areas.
