• Operate diverse yogurt filler machines. All produce different quantities, sizes and flavors. Use LOTO to properly secure machines to preform basic maintenance and proper clean and sanitation. Operate different CIP circuits to wash, disinfect, and sanitizer all yogurt fillers, tanks and pipelines. Knowledge of how to properly use all chemicals during clean- ups.
