Prepare financial statements for Fund, Property and Corporate Accounting for investors and management team.

● Upgraded ERP system to Oracle based NetSuite to maximize efficiency.
● Created a detailed SKU level sales forecast for the following 2 years by product family and by customer forcing the company to sell off non-profitable business lines. To lead the finance implementation of SAP ERP system for Quanex toward the development of the financial accounting and reporting for all plants worldwide. Duties include configuration of business processes and the training accounting professionals overseeing the following:
● Developed Global Chart of Accounts for project and mapped to legacy systems via current Hyperion links to corporate mapping strategy.
● Setting of accounting methodology for large fenestration projects which included cost accounting standards and percentage of completion method.
● Responsible for determining all functional requirements and developing a strategy to configure SAP to meet the functional requirements for New General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Treasury.
