Leading the IPT and Team. Daily weekly monthly leadership and Mentoring Se and other engineers in the IPT. Responsible for Engineering strategy, Program quality, development and maintenance of program. Overseeing System Engineers and IPT team members. Total of 38 Training System Devices RFT to Fleet for training.

This efforts consists of checklist, pre-brief, CDRL Reviews, closing all issues, Chair Report. In addition, Research all the Requirements flow-down to Trainer. Create and complete Specifications, SOW, CDRL's, IMS, and Procurement Documentations.

I am responsible for Performance Roadmap and all future capabilities. This includes Schedule Roadmap planning as well. Accountable for all technical aspects of product development which includes customer technical requirements, development of engineering specifications, statements of work (SOW), design, development, integration and testing. Strong project team management and organizational planning skills to plan and direct activities. Have great people skills and great communication skills. Create and developed System Specifications. Strong knowledge in Resource Command Staffing, Risk Management and SME-SE.

Complete knowledge and understanding of Engineering Project Management, System Engineering Principles and Test & Evaluation Concepts. Responsible for several different projects (Development).

Creating and updating project time line (schedule)and Resource Command Estimates (RCE) . Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, reviews and releases. Supporting and conducting all project related to System Engineering Reviews (SETR) such as: SRB/SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR/SVR. Created/Reviewed SOW's and CDRL’s. Providing current and up-to-date project status reporting to program manager. Define and coordinate assignments with technical engineering to complete given tasks. Conduct evaluation and analysis, Requirements (Mission, System level, components level, RTVM), architecture, Final Reports, Evaluation System Requirements, Test data analysis, Summary and documentations (ICD's, Evaluation Plan, Software User and Final report). Worked on Proposal Review (This includes the Technical sections, all effort hours per CLIN/ WBS, Material, Travel), PRF, creating Proposal Evaluation Report(PER), Creating Fact Findings on behalf of IPT and creating Section L and M for Proposal. This includes working on Proposal Evaluation. I have experience in several Contract award projects for NSST Program.

In summary; Creating, analyzing and developing technical documentations, technical proposal requirements, source selection plan, and monitoring contractors to the all configuration management of the training system.

Full understanding of all related subsystems for buildup of Trainer.
