Tasked with the responsibility of Director of Administration Operations at Makshaff Services Limited and its sister company, AKF Farm, reporting directly to the CEO of Makshaff Group. Provided comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, AKF Farm, and other group entities, including HR/Personnel services, Procurement & Stores Management, and Facility management. Developed and implemented policies and procedures for HR management, including recruitment, welfare, travel, transportation, procurement, stores management, property, and vehicle management, ensuring compliance. Maintained liaison with government and private sector agencies on behalf of Makshaff, both local and foreign. Worked as a Bilingual Technical Translator for the U.S. Department of Labor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from Nov 1981 to June 1989, under the U.S - Saudi Arabian Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation, providing U.S. technical expertise and assistance to the General Organization of Technical Education and Vocational Training (GOTEVOT).
