On behalf of Deloitte, Riyadh, KSA, I served as the Program Manager for the Human Resources, Management of Change, Communications, Engagement and Risk Work-Streams requisite to supporting the design and implementation of the massive e-government implementation and uptake, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, an undertaking that affected over 98,000 employees spanning 45 Ministries and Agencies.
Additionally, I designed and executed the premier Management of Change programs for TD Bank, Adnoc Energy, Bank of Nova Scotia, Petro Canada, Irving Oil, Central and Eastern Gas, Bank of Nova Scotia, American Hospital, Hamad General Hospital, Faisaliah Medical Center, Dubai Airports, Toronto Transit Commission, Ministry of Interior and The National Information Data Center, major undertakings that are generating sustained results, even today.
My role has been to deliver Thought Leadership in Employee Performance by leveraging Employee Culture and Engagement, throughout the employee lifecycle.
