July 2023 – Present Entegris Manufacturing Technician III Solids

I harvest ALCL3, Joppa27, and Moly chemistries after purifying. I fill 500, 600, and Joppa ampoules. After filling I run the Joppa morph stand, run pressure reduction testing, prepare for HCL testing, and HCL testing. I have been certified on all the above processes. I, also, perform the argon, alpha, and beta testing. I am very active in the 5S process in the solids work areas. I follow all WI for the above processes. I continue to support my teammates in any way possible.

Oct 2019 – July 2023 Entegris Manufacturing Technician 200L and Ampoules

I refurbish and assemble 18 different ampoules. I perform inbound, outbound, moisture and particle, and sensor testing verifying valve function and proper sealing. I troubleshoot canisters to find and correct failures during testing. I perform quality inspections on every material. Build all ampoules according to drawings and work instructions. I use torque wrenches, common hand tools, and pressure and vacuum testing equipment. I use SAP to process all paperwork. I have implemented 5S into my everyday work method and my team. I maintain a 5S mentality to maximize the quality of every product. I am a part of the Employee Engagement team. We create opportunities for the company to support our city by raffles, etc., and we have fun activities for the employees to get in involved in. I am also a certified ERT (Emergency Response Team) member. I will respond to all alarms within the site and provide the necessary assistance in order to eliminate the issue or provide the proper care until medical assistance has arrived. I was involved with the Leadership Team for a diversity group for Entegris.

Aug 2019 – Oct 2021 StandardAero F110 Mechanic I am an MRO and AIT mechanic working on the F110 engines. On the MRO engines, I disassemble the engines in order for the individual modules can also be disassembled. I follow the tech order to ensure proper disassembly per every countrys contract. This involves reading and understanding the needs for repair or replacement. I verify every part, part number, and their necessity of reuse or scrap list. Parts are then divided by individual module, tagged, and sent to quality. When parts are ready for assembly, I will follow the appropriate tech order in accordance to the customers guidelines. This involves knowing what customer you are working for, working in according with their tech order guidelines, IPB, drawings, and other necessary electronic documents. Parts are verified of serviceability, correct part number, and appropriate documentation that applies with each part. I follow every step to reassemble module per tech order. I use testing equipment to verify serviceability. Test equipment used, but not limited to, are ohm meter, calipers, guages, ovens, etc.. Every module is assembled with quality and safety in mind. I work hand and hand with quality, engineers, and the GE customer to provide discrepancies or ask for guidance. I have also worked on building new engine modules for purchase. I have assisted other mechanics as needed in order to ensure safety of the product and coworkers.

OCT2014 – APR2019: Field Materials Coordinator - Maintenance and Warehouse, Halliburton Energy Services, Elmendorf, Texas

Fleet operations. Worked with PSL in casing, general parts, maintenance, chemical and iron cage warehouses providing timely internal and external customer service. Understand the relevant PSLs and their products. Responsible for accountability, shipping, receiving, item serviceability, and inventory quantities. Performed weekly inventory reconciliation to ensure timely accurate billing. Worked intimately with other Halliburton locations and third parties to expedite shipments to and from my location.
