Although I do not have a college degree, I do have the work experience to equate to at least one if not 2 of them. At a young age I worked for my father learning everything there was about distribution business, while doing that I built my own greenhouses and then marketed the plants and vegetables to local vendors, over time Ive managed 7 tanning salons, 3 cruise centers and a mortgage brokerage house, and several C-Stores.

I have management skills, I have administrative skills and I tend to get along with everyone, I have the ability to relate to most people. I have the ability to switch between being a leader to a follower depending on the situation and its demands. In my current position i have become the person to go to with questions regarding the new software the company has put into place i have stores calling me to walk them through the issues they are having and i have our I.T. guys calling me which i think is a hoot, the guys hired for the conversion are calling me for help.

I have the ability to learn on the curve for most things, and for what is taking too long to figure out I will seek out the help to understand it and move forward with it. I tend to multi-task and I am constantly trying to be active and learn new things.
